I won't post the rest of the story here because a) I don't think anyone was actually read it (if you were, this is your cue to speak!) and b) the rest of the story was horrible. I got carried away and it really didn't make much sense. At all. Plus, the characters were extremely flat. Flatter than a frog run over by a car.
On the other hand, I'm thinking of using this to post pictures I've taken and like, but either don't have a place to post or don't want to clutter my deviantART accounts with. I'm debating which ones to use, whether to watermark, and if I want to create a stock account. If I create a stock account on deviantART, that will influence the images I upload here. Stuff to think about.
For now, whoops, sorry I forgot, but I'll try to be better about it in the future.

This is my first journal post here. I've had the account for a while but am only now getting around to really using it.
As my username says, I'm Adelaiide. However, I also answer to Jessie, Jess, MLE and Emily. Jess and Jessie are part of my pseudonym Jessie Chester. Emily is my real name, but I prefer MLE.
I'll be posting a post each day for all of November since I'll be participating in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). The goal is to write 50,000 words in 30 days. By posting what I do each day I hope to stay on track.
What I post will have typos, incoherent parts, and plot holes. It will be unedited. It will not be posted in nice little chunks with a clear ending- some days I'll probably post something that ends halfway through a scene.
I intend to continue posting stories here, mostly about my characters in my universe called The Institute (which, oddly enough, has nothing to do with a mental asylum).
